You will coordinate document signatures, legalizations, and notarizations; Assist in reviewing intercompany agreements; Manage the Zug office and communication with the lessor; Organize written communication, handle mail and courier services. On top you will respond to requested for information and coordinate or disseminate within organization as needed. You support corporate governance and housekeeping locally and for the Group. You will perform a variety of administrative duties and special projects. Be a driving force for the success of our customer!

Extensive experience in an assistant and/or administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting. Ability to work independently with a quick grasp of new concepts.
