We are looking for a Junior Compensation & HR Reporting Specialist to oversee the employee rewards and benefits as well as support with HR reporting.
Scope of the role
You will be part of a small and dynamic team within the larger HR department. The HR Controlling & Compensation team plays a crucial role in designing the compensation schemes, budgeting, monitoring and reporting KPIs that support the Management team in decision making.
With your strong quantitative and analytical skills, you will help different internal stakeholders to generate valuable insights and reports pertaining to people functions within the Capri Sun Group.
Your Tasks
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
- Prepare job profiles, job evaluations and job classifications
- Participate in market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices in the area of compensation and benefits
- Coordinate the salary review process and the bonus management process (short term and long term)
- Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports for all relevant stakeholders on an ad hoc basis
- Support in data consolidation related to monthly reporting activities including HR Scorecard preparations and KPIs Tracking (Turnover, Absenteeism, Overtime analysis and Recruitment KPIs)
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a good understanding of the HR functions within an international company
- Proven working experience (between 1and 3 years) in Compensation in an international company. Ideally experience with managing compensation in different countries
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience in handling HR data and reporting KPIs
- Experience in German compensation is advantageous
- Experience in compensation topics in manufacturing environment
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel) – must have and we will test
- High attention to detail and passionate about data and how it can be leveraged to gain insights into people functions
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong hands-on and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills and ability to present your ideas in a coherent manner
- Fluent in English. German preferred but not a hard requirement
