Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
Job Description
Shape the future: Work with us on the constant further development of People & Organizational Topics in which you work closely with the HR management, Leaders and HR colleagues worldwide
Take responsibility: Your area of responsibility includes support various topics such as Facilitating Team Meetings, OKR deployment, Workforce- and Talent Management.
Use creativity and freedom: We rely on your creativity and flexibility when working on new initiatives and implementing projects.
Team matters: As an integral part of a global team, you will work intensively with the Director Global HR as well as local HR colleagues and HR management on diverse and challenging topics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, applied psychology or related field with specialization in HRM
- Strong team player with ability to build relationships within entire organization
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Open, curious, responsible, creative
- Analytical skills and structured way of working
- Language skills: English and German
Additional Information
The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months' practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
