• Lead and manage innovation projects within our Geomatics division  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and on-budget project completion. 
• Apply a mix of Simultaneous Engineering and Agile principles to manage project deliverables through all development stages 
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, while effectively communicating updates to stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with interrelated teams to optimize project outcomes
• Act as a role model within our organisation and help create a motivating environment where team members can develop and utilise their full potential to deliver high quality products 

• 2+ years of experience leading complex development projects, with knowledge of hardware and software development. 
• A motivating leader who fosters team collaboration, cultivates a positive work environment, and effectively manages conflicts. 
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus). 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical/electrical design, computer science, or a related field.
