Team Lead IT-Operations, m/w/d (80-100%)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead for our IT Operations & First Level Support team.
YOUR CHALLENGES
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT Operations & First Level Support team, ensuring high performance and continuous development
- Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of any technical issues.
- Manage the first-level support process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents, service requests, and technical issues.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex issues that require advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ensure all IT operations and support activities comply with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- 5+ years' experience of working as an IT System Engineer or relevant position and some experience in a supervisor function.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 including Azure and Active Directory
- Good experienced in Microsoft Windows OS technology, networking, databases, firewalls, anti-virus, log management, content filtering, etc.
- Responsible attitude, understanding the critical importance of IT infrastructure.
- Stress resistance, strong communication skills
- Languages German and English
