Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
Job Description
- You are responsible for the management system and the quality methods for Bosch Power Tools Accessories:
- You integrate the Accessories procedures into the Power Tools and Bosch processes and maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification
- You are responsible for internal and external audits
- You are process owner of core quality procedures such as “quality gates”, “test plan” or “concessions”
- You organize KPI tracking and reporting
- You are responsible for the customer complaint management
- You initiate and lead quality initiatives such as “sustainable problem solving” or “statistical methods”
- You ensure material compliance and declaration
- You develop the organization further and promote digitalization in Quality
- You lead a team of motivated quality engineers
- You are part of the global Power Tools Accessories quality network
Qualifications
- Technical university degree, ideally mechanical engineering or similar
- Several years of solid practical experience in quality management in the ISO 9001:2015 environment
- Experience as plant quality manager preferred
- Experience in managing people and intercultural teams
- Conceptual thinking combined with the strength to implement
- Affinity to sustainable problem solving
- Willingness to change, challenging existing structures & processes, high level of initiative
- Good cooperation skills with all levels of hierarchy
- Good language skills in German, excellent in English
- SAP knowhow is an asset
- Up to 10% business travel
